POSTAGE

Orders are dispatched from Perth, Western Australia.

Orders are sent by Parcel Post through Australia Post.

Packages weighing less than 500g cost $7.95 to post anywhere in Australia.

Postage for packages weighing more than 500g will depend on where they are going to.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Products bought directly from APIS Australia can be returned to us for a full refund. We will refund you the total amount we received from you:

• less the cost of credit card processing fees charged by our credit card clearing agent on the initial purchase;
• less the cost of postage to you on the initial purchase.

The cost of your return postage back to us is payable by you. Requests for refunds must be received by us no later than 30 days from the date of purchase.

Items can be posted to: Returns, APIS Australia, PO Box 4011, Swan View WA 6056.

Returns should be accompanied by a note containing the reason for the request, a copy of the order or the order number, your name, contact number,  email address and mailing address.

Once we’ve processed the request, we’ll be in contact to arrange the refund.
